Leif is named after our early explorers Leif Erikson who traveled from Norway to North-America around year 1000. The reason? He is our first van and starts our journey with Norwegian Explorer Vans.
Named after Elisabeth “Bessie” Coleman, the first female African American aviator. Like the woman, this car comes from a modest background but has transformed to be awesome! With slightly better equipment than Leif and a more colorful interior Bessie is ready to take you on a real adventure.
Named after the British explorer, writer, photographer and naturalist Isabella Bird. In common we share the wanderlust and love for Hawaii. It’s compact, easy to drive and more refined. Underneath the body it’s a true explorer ready to take you where you want and back again.
The Land Rover 109 from 1975 could not be named after anyone other than Sir Ernest Shackleton, maybe the history’s toughest explorer. This car has been driven from Norway to South-Africa and back again. It’s a reason why Land Rover series cars and Defenders have earned their iconic status.
Norwegian Explorer Vans are uniquely designed for adventures in the most spectacular nature Norway has to offer.
